Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer three tiers of shipping to meet your project deadlines and budget. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping transit times listed above.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. (Note: Shipping to remote areas may occasionally take 1-2 days longer than the estimated delivery window).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window for your chosen shipping method, please contact us at support@constructionbykenneth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Construction by Kenneth LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid carrier delays.

Damages & Lost Packages

Construction by Kenneth LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers—if you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
